Nestled in a tranquil waterfront setting, this beautiful Whidbey Island home offers the perfect escape overlooking the stunning Saratoga Passage. Take in the sweeping water views from inside the cozy living spaces or step out onto the spacious deck, where you can sip your morning coffee while watching seabirds, seals, and even whales play on the horizon.

Please note: there is currently no direct beach access from the property. Guests can easily reach the beach at the community park, just a short walk down the road within the neighborhood.

This peaceful Greenbank location is the ideal base to explore the best of Whidbey Island. You’ll be within an easy drive of local gems, including:

Access
Guests will enjoy private access to the beach house. Entry is easy and secure through a smart lock system — your personal access code will be sent to you by email from sandandseapropertymanagement@gmail.com before your arrival. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM.

Space
This welcoming two-level home offers plenty of space to unwind. On the main floor, you’ll find the family room, kitchen, second bedroom, and a bathroom. Upstairs, the primary bedroom, bathroom, and a spacious studio with three twin beds provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for your stay.

Transit
A car is essential for exploring the island to its fullest. While there is bus service on the main highway, having your own vehicle will make it much easier to discover all that Whidbey Island has to offer.

Notes
Whether you’re planning a romantic retreat or a peaceful getaway with close family and friends, this home is the perfect spot to relax and reconnect. Please note that the house is light and airy — if you prefer a dark room for sleeping, this may not be the best fit. Due to safety considerations, we do not recommend this property for toddlers or young children. For your awareness, there is a security camera on the back deck that is motion-activated; it is not actively monitored, but we are required to inform guests of its presence.

Location

House Rules

  • Please do not take indoor furniture outside.
  • Do not rearrange the furniture — kindly leave everything as you found it when you checked in.
  • Be considerate of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours, from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Maintain a speed limit of 5 MPH when driving on the road inside the gate.
  • Remember to place the garbage can within 5 feet of the road on your scheduled pickup day (day and time are noted on the side of the refrigerator).
  • If you have a dog with you, please clean up after your pet and keep them on a leash at all times when outdoors. Cats are not permitted on the property.
  • Parking is limited to two vehicles in front of the house. RVs and other recreational vehicles are not allowed.
  • Only the guests and pets listed on your reservation are allowed on the property. Exceeding this limit will result in immediate termination of your stay, with forfeiture of all payments and deposits.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are 100% refundable if made 30 days or more before your check-in date. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
